A deductible is an amount you pay for healthcare before your insurance starts to pay. If you’ve met your deductible, you’ll only owe your copay at the time of your urgent care visit. The typical copay at urgent care is between $25 and $75, though this depends on your insurance. Then, you can follow the steps until you reach the insurance information page. The price you pay will either be your insurance copay or the low cash price of $79. You have the option of cancelling the visit, if for some reason your insurance does not cover it.

If you require the test to return to work or school or for travel, Cigna is requiring a cost share from the patient (copay, deductible, etc.).
